Transforming Agency Rescue through Technology
We have rescued projects left by agencies that billed for complexity they created. We read the codebase before we say anything, give you an honest assessment, decide what is worth keeping versus replacing, and execute a pragmatic recovery. We do not charge you to unbuild what someone else built.

The Assessment: Truth Before Action
We read the entire codebase before saying anything. No prescriptions without diagnosis. No assumptions about what is wrong based on what you have told us. We look at the code and tell you what is actually there.
The assessment produces a clear report: security vulnerabilities (fix immediately), architectural problems (fix soon), code quality issues (fix incrementally), and things that are actually fine (keep as-is).
We estimate repair cost vs. rewrite cost honestly. Sometimes keeping 60% of the existing code and replacing 40% is cheaper than starting over. Sometimes the code is so tangled that a rewrite genuinely saves money. We tell you which.
You receive a written document with our recommendation, cost estimate, and timeline. No sales pitch. No scare tactics. Just an honest assessment of your options with the tradeoffs of each clearly stated.

Recovery Without Starting Over
Total rewrites are expensive and risky. They take 2-3x longer than estimated, and you ship nothing to users during the rebuild. We avoid them unless the math genuinely favors starting fresh.
Stabilization comes first: security holes patched, crash-causing bugs fixed, data-loss risks eliminated. Your product stops embarrassing you in production before we start any new development.
Recovery development builds forward from what exists: new modules replace broken ones, tests get added around fragile code, documentation gets written as we understand the system. Incremental improvement.
We do not charge you to undo what someone else did. We charge you to move forward. The assessment is honest about what happened, but the work is focused on where you are going.
